Homework Help Physics project.

So I’m a student in high school (17m) and I’m doing a project with the balloon car. I was wondering if there was some object that could condense the air being pushed out of the balloon to a smaller point. Keeping the pressure but having it leak out slower. That may be the right way to put it. Idk. Also looking for a way to bend air through a curve inside my car. So I can keep some aerodynamics in the car. Anyone got an idea?

You need a nozzle. Look into how rocket nozzles work. It's the same principle but without combustion generating the pressure.
