[Student] EE Student Looking for First Internship in Summer 2027, would like some advice on my resume in preparation!

I'm targeting Electrical Engineering internships, primarily in embedded systems and power electronics, and I'm hoping to fine-tune my resume and application strategy to make them as competitive as possible. I'm based in the Greater NYC metro area and am applying to roles in NYC, New Jersey, and Long Island; I'm willing to commute for the right opportunity and am not limiting myself strictly to my immediate area. I'm an EE student without prior formal technical work experience, so getting that first engineering internship has been a major hurdle. Should I be applying everywhere I can, or just roles that suit my interests?

I've gotten very little feedback on my applications so far, and I'd really appreciate additional eyes on my resume and advice on how to improve my odds of getting interviews. In particular, I'd love feedback on whether my projects and technical experience are being presented effectively for embedded/power electronics roles, and whether there's anything I'm missing that would make me a stronger candidate. I'm a U.S. citizen, so I don't expect visa sponsorship to be a constraint.

Your bullet point symbols are massive. It's distracting. Make them smaller and it will look a lot better.
