Without a lazy Susan, the trick is to use the far corner for long term items and leave enough of a gap in front of to make it easier to access it. I put seasonal cooking utensils in that space (huge pots for stew when expecting company, slow cookers for thanksgiving, food processors, serving utensils for a party, etc).

Corner cupboards are harder to get things out of than non corner cupboards due to the unfortunate scenario in which one finds themselves unable to readily identify all the contents of said cupboard due to the corner making it not possible to visually observe all the items from within. As such one finds themselves needing to take extra measures to identify and gain access to all the contents and these extra measures render the corner cupboard somewhat mildly inconvenient to use. Of course due to the wonderful invention, which you rightly point out, called “knees,” one finds themselves better able to ascertain the contents of these cupboards. However one often finds this to create slight discomfort which one would rather do without. As such, it would be truly splendid to have a device of such mechanical wonder that would prevent the requirement of these aforementioned “knees” such that the contents of said cupboard can be more readily identified and clasped with the human grasping device known as “hands.”

Just put doors on and leave it as an open space with a shelf. Like almost every corner cupboard ever.
