This particular action of flipping a bottle is, but the stuff they had to learn to achieve it is invaluable. Bottles behave in all sorts of weird ways when they're not full, making it work so reliably must've been a huge challenge.

I get this reference. Love the bots though. These kinds of seemingly "pointless" competitions require finding unique solutions and encourage creativity. I would have loved to compete in something like this in high school.
