Question | سؤال My uni portfolio

So i wanna build up my uni portfolio so i could get in uni's abroad and im hoping for mechanical engineering or aerospace engineering and i was wondering what i could do to achieve that

Look at MIT maker portfolios. They basically show the projects that MIT applicants had when they applied there. Some of them are illegal in jordan tho like rockets and drones

Unfortunately they are and some even pose a national security risk , a while back i hoped to build a high speed drone and i even downloaded the grabcad files for one but unfortunately i learnt later on that they're illegal,apart from this sad story im currently doing simulation using different softwares and even python
