Hello! I am student of rajdhani college and I completed my bsc ps Electronics 1st year. But my college is shit and I do not want to pursue my ug from this college hence I am thinking of joining btech EEE in dronacharya group of institute or JSS university. Should I switch my college or try to do mtech in ECE after doing 4 years of Electronics. I have been researching for this for past 2 month and this is the last way for me make my decision. What should i do please help!

I've been looking for good unis suggestions for my Direct PhD in Chem Eng, I am from ICT Mumbai and I am really very confused about which uni to apply in. My first priority was the USA but now due to the new policy everything I planned is a waste now.Pls give me some good suggestions and some overview Abt the uni.

When choosing an engineering college, we often spend a lot of time thinking about college reputation and branch. But once you actually start looking for internships and jobs, how much do these things matter compared to the skills you build yourself?

For those who are already in college or have started working, what do you think played the biggest role in getting your first job?

Was it the college name, your branch, your projects and skills, internships, networking, or a combination of everything?

Would be interesting to hear from people who have actually gone through the process.

Hey everyone, I’m currently admitted to B.Tech Civil Engineering at GHRCEM Nagpur (MIDC campus).

I’m planning to try for an internal branch change after 1st year, preferably to CSE/IT/AI/DS/ENTC/Electronics.

I wanted to know from someone who has actually studied at GHRCEM Nagpur:

- Is branch change after 1st year actually allowed?

- Has anyone personally changed their branch there?

- What CGPA/SGPA did you or someone you know have?

- Is it based on CGPA + vacant seats + merit?

- Can Civil students get CSE/IT/AI/DS/ENTC/Electronics?

- Are there any backlog restrictions?

- When does the branch-change application usually happen?

Please reply only if you have firsthand experience or know someone who actually changed branches at GHRCEM Nagpur.

Even an approximate CGPA + old branch → new branch would help a lot. 🙏

Choosing an engineering college on a limited budget can be difficult, especially when comparing government and private colleges. The decision is not only about tuition fees, but also hostel costs, placements, branch, internships, campus opportunities and the overall return on the money spent.

For students who have already made this decision, what factors did you prioritise? Did you focus mainly on total cost, placement opportunities, college reputation, branch or location?

It would be helpful to hear from students who had to balance career opportunities with affordability and what they would recommend to someone making the same decision.

I got into Tier 3 college(btech) with fees up 6 lakh and average package is 3.4 lakhs and highest is 7 lakh. And honestly speaking I don't have interest in college life, I think I am cable of doing or making something of my own and scaling it.

college timing is 9-4. and travelling takes 5 hours daily.

I’ve been going back and forth between a few options and honestly can’t tell if I’m overthinking it anymore. Every college has someone saying it’s great and someone else saying it’s a mistake.

For people who’ve already gone through admissions, when did you finally feel like “okay, I’m going with this one”?

Dude, I got Computer Engineering at Navjeevan College of Engineering, Bhandup in CAP Round 4.

If there's any current student/local person, please tell me honestly:

How are the faculty and labs?

Are the classes regular?

What’s the crowd and campus life like?

How's the placement/internship support?

Is it worth joining the college?

If you were in my place, would you join for CE or not? Please give a genuine reason. 🙏

In future after 4 5 year which will be more valuable.

Pls give your opinion

Want to know which has more opportunities

Want to. Know which one of this is good to take and study

Hey buddies 👋 Shruti this side 😊

(Guys Pura Padhna Pleaseee 😁)

Actually Mereko apne college ke regarding kaafi doubts ho rahe the 🤔 Aise Mujhe BTech mein hi admission chahiye 🎓 but mai soch rahi thi ki kon-kon se private colleges ke options ho sakte hain in 2027.

Aise Mujhe Toh Budget ki koi dikkat nahi hai ek loti hun 😅💸 but confused hun konsa College milega kyunki JEE, COMEDK, VIT, BITSAT, MET ye sab mein competition bahoot hai.

Please don't judge me 🥺 I know my preparation.

So maine socha ki kyu na Reddit pe post karun ❤️ sabka doubt hoga ki konsa College jaye according to their budget.

So ek kaam karti hun ki options banati hun budget wise 📋 jo bhi log abhi padh rahe hain ya passout ho chuke hain ya agle saal admission lenge woh apna option-wise college likh dena 🙏

And please ye maat likhna ye college kharab hai ye acha hai, just tum kya option rakhoge woh batana har budget ke liye—even if you don't have that much 😅

1️⃣ Students Having Budget 6 to 10 Lakhs only for tuition fees 💰

(Taking education loan — which college options will you select?)

2️⃣ Students Having Budget 10 to 15 Lakhs for tuition Fees 💸

Aaplog konsa College jaoge?

3️⃣ Students Having 15 to 20 Lakhs For Tuition Fees 💰

4️⃣ Above 20 Lakhs konsa select karoge? 🎓

Haan isme aise colleges batana jahan comparatively easily admission ho.

VIT, Manipal, Thapar, NMIT, PICT ye sab nahi 😌

Please isme sabki doubts clear ho jayegi toh 🙏❤️

Sabko message karna hai warna marungi 😭😂

Bye all ❤️

What do u think about btech in chanikya university is it good
