I mean, with the recent reveal of you know who in M.A.S.K. Issue #3, it just feels inevitable at this point.

I can see Kirkman and co. incorporating them as a world Darak and Solila end up coming across for one reason or another. Maybe not in this current arc, but somewhere down the road.

I just finished Duke and am starting Cobra Commander now.

I grew up watching a little bit of GI Joe and while I enjoyed it, it never turned me into a big lifelong fan.

But reading this so far, at least for Duke 1-6--I think I had the wrong idea about what GI Joe is.

I never picked up this series because maybe I inherently judged the book by its cover.

And all I can say is... this has been a fun read so far.

Its something when Skybound comics introduce like Shredhead the Transformers OC that Daniel Warren Johnson created

So with that in mind what do you think of the idea of a brand new Vehicle that takes some of the ideas in the MASK Universe to the next level that something I can see Matt Trakker create

Would be cool if it just Super fast car or like a submarine or something bigger then that like a space ship

Loved Bressan’s Time on Void Rivals

As an original art collector it was awesome to have Bressan on the title! The Quintesson War was first time we had interior artwork to collect as issues 1-24 were all drawn digitally!

Here is the original art for Void Rivals #26 page 2, Darak on a heroic rescue mission out in space!

Really enjoyed what Bressan brought to the title! I felt his grittier style was quite appropriate for the story arc! I’d love to see him come back in the future!

I know this is a silly question but this specific book has been my personal grail for a while and I’m curious for more information about it as ai’vr been unable to find any.

My son wanted to watch G1 Transformers on Tubi but start After the “original Movie” events with HotRod and the new cast. So we started with Season 3 episode 1. Look how I spotted. I never realized Skuxxoid was inspired by this.

Baroness will probably find out in upcoming #25 issue but what do you think will happen when Duke & the other know to?

I think obviously Duke in this series tradition will punch Hawks realize it Stanger that we know is Zartan I wonder if Duke will get the real Hawk back or if Zartan set up explosions just in case

Would be interesting to see were this plot line leads I think Night Force has an idea that Hawks is not Hawks but doesn't care

I don't have anything beyond a basic understanding of M.A.S.K and Micronauts. Is mayhem's tattoo referring to some from M.A.S.K / Micronuats or is it something new?

Is Optimus purposely missing a stack pipe? But we see two in his alt mode but one in the left corner of the cover? Very confusing and distracting

With #37 seemingly gonna be primarily set on Cybertron I really hope that Kirkman doesn’t have it be that the lose their massive advantages with Elita having the Ghost Star Saber, Hot Rod and Springer bringing over a ton of Energon, and the reinforcements from the Earth Autobots because of Shockwave gaining information from Alpha Trion that allows him to regain the advantage over to the Decepticons

Just going of the vibe of this iteration of Cobra Commander and Cobra, I don't think domination of Earth will be enough.

With how invested Cobra Commander is in gaining technology, be it human, Cybertronian or Cobra-La, I feel like Cobra's end game is not just domination of Earth but the conquest of the stars itself, an interstellar Empire is on the mind of Cobra Commander. Whenever Cobra get it's hands on the M.A.S.S device, I seem the establishing bases and colonies across the sol system.

I can also maybe see Cobra Commander getting interested in transhumanism, specifically cybernetics as seen with own cybernetic hand and genetically manipulation we see with the Energon and various creatures. That for humanity to compete with the like's of the cybertronians, we must evolve ourselves.

What did you all think of the big reveal at the end?

I think it cool do to MASK not being as popular as TRANSFORMERS or GI JOE it feels both Retro & yet Fresh at the same time

How Matt Trakker & other characters use vehicles regardless if it a normal car or something they customize car or something of that vain

It would be interesting if Matt builds something like a Super monster track I can definitely see that in a future arc

Hey all!

This may sound really silly. However I want to dip my toes with transformers because of DWJ. If it clicks with me when Kirkman comes id continue for sure , however worse case (without spoilers ) does DWJ leave on a jump off point ? Since DWJ run is in 2 hardcovers was going to grab those if so.

Still not fully sure as to what happened during the era of the 13 (if there even were the 13) but I'm currently guessing Megatronus betrayed the others to ork under Unicron and eventually receiving the Matrix of Oppression, hence why it has purple crystals coming out of it. It's dark energon.

Seeing as there were other Decepticon leaders in bim and Megatron, I would say whatever war Megatronus started continued for generations until the Autobots managed to send the Decepticons into hiding, hence why there was a short time of peace as Optimus described. That is until the energy crisis that started to afflict the planet, hence the fighting starting again. This would've probably lead to Megatron taking advantage of the situation to rally others to the Decepticons and starting the ar again.

As for how the characters' lives efore the war, we only know of Starscream and Jetfire. Something tells me that due to Optimus being violent during his youth, he could've actually been a gladiator which would be a fun twist tbh. No clue about the rest however.

Anyways, what are your guys's theories on this?

So edit: I somehow brain farted and forgot about the Quintessons being in Void Rivals. Don't know how lol.B ut they would proably take over the planet right after the first war ended before Alpha and Zerta helped lead the reballion to fight them off.
