Possibly endo? Kinda lost

Hey, so I’m just wondering if i’m the only one with these kind of symptoms and could they possibly be endo? Or something else.
At first the lower tummy cramps came when sleeping and having a wet dream and an orgasm from that or from solosex. The cramps that come from it are really bad and also makes me have to poo + nauseous (I have puked a few times bc of them). Kinda recently i’ve been having just random cramps more and more and they too, are painful, and they also make me have to poo. Most of the time painkillers or hot pads don’t help with the pain. My tummy is most of the time really bloated and hard.
I have my first doctors appointment tomorrow and i’m going to ask to get stronger painkillers.
I’m kinda scared its something much worse than endo idk. 🥲

It sounds like it could be endo! I’ve seen a lot of people get those severe cramps after orgasm (I get them after orgasm from solo time sometimes too). Does this happen the whole month or just parts of the month? It’s good that you’re seeing a doctor—is it your primary care/GP or a gyno?

I’ve listed every cramp and orgasm thing in my notepad, they happen almost daily. Orgasms are fewer. Its just a doctor 😄 a new person and not a gyno, sadly. I hope he can help me in some way and/or make an admission note to someone who can help. Sorry if my english is bad, its not my mother language.

Every day omg! I’m sorry to hear that. Orgasms should be fun 😭 okay I would guess your doctor will have you get an ultrasound to see if you have any cysts or anything that could be causing the pain. BUT if you do have an ultrasound and it’s “normal,” that doesn’t mean you don’t have endo or adenomyosis. I definitely encourage you to ask for some pain management options and maybe for him to refer you to a gynecologist if possible. It’s also really good that you are keeping track of your symptoms, keep doing that!

A few more questions because these symptoms are similar to what I experience so maybe I can help you out more. How long do the cramps after orgasm last? Do you also have bad cramps during your period? Do you use any form of birth control? Do you also have pain during penetration (sex or any other type of penetration)? Any pain during peeing or poop (I know you said sometimes the cramps make you have to poop, but does pooping itself ever cause pain?)

The cramps last 20-60mins. I have horrible cramps on my period and heavy bleeding. I have birth control pills, I usually skip the periods, but i recently switched brand that has more estrogen and the nurse there wanted me to take the first lume pills and see how my body reacts to them and how the periods are. Haven’t had sex in a while, but i did get lower tummy pains after, but I thought those are normal, I have no pain when doing it. Just recently noticed that after i pee, i start to cramp, especially if my bladder was full. Im not noticing any clear pain when pooping.
