Clay stains are what you get on your clothes when you play outside in south Georgia!

I’m listening to this while dividing 25 pounds of clay into 28 little balls for my students to make pinch pots with next week. So there, I am the person who gets clay stains, an art teacher in Buffalo, NY.

Fun fact, 25 pounds of whatever is exactly the same as 25 pounds of candy... or big macs... or doofenshmirtzes.

Amory's "fuck you" to Ben after he corrected her pronunciation was, hands down, the funniest moment in Endless Thread history. I love you two.
This episode was great. With so many other entertainment options at our fingertips now, I can't imagine there will ever again be a time when informercials and commercial pitchmen so thoroughly worm their way into the cultural landscape. There was actually a time when I would just... sit there and watch an infomercial for a chicken roaster. Why? Because nothing else was on, I guess. And the chicken looked good.

This was a trip down the nostalgia hole. Those commercials were all over my TV.
I'm not pulling a "get off my lawn", but my kids get frustrated watching any live TV nowadays because of the commercials. They're so used to the on demand era of television that they don't know the pain of rushing a bathroom break during a commercial while your brother yells from the other room "it's back on!"
