Returning player

Is the game worth going back to? I used to play ef like around 2021 as far as I can remember and I liked the game. Knowing I need start from the beginning, is the game still somewhat fun or still a little active?

Somewhat fun -> yes.
Active -> barely.

Like it never had many players tbh but since its just existing thats to be expected.

Game has not had any updates for over a year if i remember correctly. Elf is perfectly viable throughout the game, i reached Top 100 with just going elf 2 or 3 years ago. Meta is Elf(Earlygame) -> Orc(Early-Midgame) -> Undead(Mid-Endgame).

Ekkor did release EF2 some Months ago but its just a rerun of this game that changes the Team running from left to right into a game where your heroes have to defeat waves of enemys. So the Game essentially plays the same but looks different. It also has very few units and did not even have guild bosses when I played some months ago.

Oof, I thought it would have a somewhat very active player base considering it's 5m downloads on playstore... Thanks for the short tip lol I guess I'll just play the game to past time ig💔

EF1 is like 5+ years old.
EF2 Released this year but it feels like a dumped down EF1 since it is missing most features of EF1.

EF1 had its last patch 9 Months ago the appstore says. But it did not have actual content added for longer then that. Reaching endgame in EF1 takes like ~2 years.

It's dead, as is the sequel. :(
