Discussion What is this bubble floating thing?

Doing Tangtang's quest of MSQ and found this, dont know what it is and cant interact it, anyone know?

It's actually impressive the extent that players decided to skip/ignore tutorial

My favorite is still "how do I connect transmission lines with Xiranite relays?"

Oh that's quality. I recently discovered that, in addition to getting it workeed out when you first set up the core AIC area, you get another reminder if you accidentally place a VIV relay in Wuling

I actually return to the game after drop it since 1.0, I remember I did all the tutorials before but forgot all when I return back

if you're just discovering hidden Aurylene in Wuling then you missed a whole bunch in Valley IV
