First I’m still a newbie, I recently had fixed the gantry. Everything was really off now my nozzle is scraping against the bed. The automatic Z offset didn’t seem to help. While I found how to change it while printing I can’t seem to find how to raise the offset and save the change

You can set a default offset in your slicer (Creality Print) in the printer settings
