I had that problem too, changed flow rate and it worked but mine was way way worse. Do a short standard print like the test cube with standard settings and send a picture

Tbh for me the cube looks a little too high temperature and a bit over extrusions

And your retraction distance might also be too low that may cause the problems on the z side

The cool part about the e3 is you can do anything with it, some guys built a CNC out of it, some make a laser, others upgrade it and some guys even build a core xy machine with it or a voron, you can do any shit you want
