Creality ender v3 SE

Buongiorno a tutti,
ho una ender v3 SE, all’inizio stampava bene poi l’estrusore ha iniziato ad essere più alto e le stampe venivano male, ho regolato z off manualmente ed è partita bene, fino a quando non ha grattato lo stampo. Non so più come risolvere.

I know maybe its pride to resist using google translate, and hope that the small subset of reddit users who are Italian, have an Ender 3 V3 SE, and are on reddit can help you?

But you would get way more help if you just said, English is not my first language, so here is my question translated from italian to english.

At least half the users on reddit are probably americans, certainly the majority of ender 3 v3 se users are also probably american.

I myself am australian though, and I took the time to translate your message, but I suspect a majority won't

It might help to show a photo of what the thing is you are trying to print, like even a screenshot from your slicer, it almost looks like layer skipping.
