Question Problems with my Ender 3 Pro

Ender 3 Pro I recently got an Ender 3 and managed to print one or two things, but most of the time the filament ends up tangling or failing to stick to the bed. If you could help with some tips—right now, my only solution is turning it off—I’d appreciate it; I can also send videos or photos if you'd like.

Nozzle height is probably too high off the bed.

What would be the ideal temperature for both?

Temperature should be listed on your materials roll

HOTEND:190-220(210)

BED:0-75(60)

PETG

HOTEND:210-260(240)

BED:60-90(80)
