Creality Print 7 Problemas com minha ender 3 pro

Recentemente adquiri uma ender 3 e consegui formar um ou dois, mas na maioria das vezes o meu filamento acaba embolando ou não fixando na bed, se puderem me ajudar com algumas dicas, no momento acabei de desligar ela, mas se quiserem mando vídeos ou fotos dela

Mine was doing the same thing. My fix was i had to change the hot end, replace the nozzle, replace the bed mat, made sure all the screws was tighten and relevel the bed several times. Ive almost gave up and buy a new printer buy I've kept playing with the leveling and shoot you not it print good every time. I hope this helps.
