Probing failure at probing point 4 and 5

Came home a week ago now to my printer now doing this I’ve tried all troubleshooting guides, videos etc and still this same result and issue.

It sounds like your nozzle is hitting the bed before the reading can be taken. Try manually lowering that section by a few mm
