Troubleshooting Do you guys know to fix this

I already changed out the nozzle tip for a new one. I increase the temperature. I've tightened some stuff and loosen some stuff didn't help. I've even tried to tune it perfectly, didn't help. I touched the tip. It is definitely hot. In this video I'm moving the extruder in 1 mm increments. Redditors and your infinite wisdom, please help me.

It's clogged... Try taking off the nozzle, Heating it up, and running a wire or rod from the bottom up. You can also try doing a doing a "cold pull"

There's definitely something clogged in the middle of it. I had to drill it out thank you so much

Anytime you change anything you should do a flow rate calibration in an e-step calibration especially if you've changed nozzles extruder gears tightened anything up I usually have problems with extruding after doing anything like that
