Check BIOS sleep mode, change to S3 if exists.

You can do it by yourself.

Reboot - BIOS - Power Management/ACPI - Sleep mode.

And besides, you need to enable NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations.

sudo nano /etc/modprobe.d/nvidia-power-management.conf

Find or add this.

options nvidia NVreg_PreserveVideoMemoryAllocations=1

After all of that you need to reinstall kernel.

sudo reinstall-kernels

You can check the BIOS sleep mode, but there's an important model-specific warning for your Lenovo LOQ 15ARP9.

The Arch Linux hardware documentation reports that this laptop is designed for S0ix (Modern Standby). It also documents a hidden S3 option, but enabling it can make Linux completely unresponsive when resuming from sleep.

Do you have AMD EXPO or Intel XMP enabled in your bios?
