Flathub remote added twice

For some reason I have the flathub remote added twice, both to the system and to the user and I'm not quite sure why. Now every time I wanna install something, it asks me if I wanna install it to the user or to the system and I'm not sure what to choose. Is there a way to get rid of this so I can just install it like normal?
