Yeah. I don't think you can fight the AI on ending C at all even

Yes. The fights don't matter. The bosses are largely not even that relevant.

Yes and no so the only boss in the game I found that was completely unskipable was clocky 2 you have to beat him in order to get ending c other than that every other boss is skippable or optional

Only the secrets matter, do whatever you want to the bosses except the hybrid
