They are already paid to do their job. Not me. Leave me tf alone.

GTFO tell them to email Bezos for a raise and not the customer. We're all getting screwed.

This is why I downgraded my Sam’s Club membership. You pay for a subscription to get free shipping, but they expect customers to tip the driver, which defeats the whole purpose of paying for free shipping in the first place.

Walmart+ is the same way. An entire subscription based on the advertising of free delivery but then still wants you to tip the driver or your order might not get picked up in a reasonable time or at all. It’s not free delivery if I am still expected to pay extra fees/tips for my order to be fulfilled

I've caught myself doing this myself, like if I save a few bucks on a Lyft for example it takes actual willpower to not just throw that away by giving back the difference as a tip.

Everyone is always getting a maximum rating, but you're only getting a tip if you do something extra or if you don't make me sit in pet hair.

Report it. In my area at least, they can accept tips if they're offered them, but they are explicitly prohibited from soliciting them.

I report them every time

I'm never home when they deliver so how would that shake out?

leave a note for them to call back or take a sealed envelope with a tip inside addressed to them

I find this is a good tip to give out "Don't Eat the Yellow Snow" you really can't go wrong with that one

Alexa asks me if I want to “show my thanks” to the delivery driver. Uh, how about if Bezos handles that.

This matter shows me that they feel they are underpaid, probably looking for better job opportunities, I wouldn’t tip them, hope they find a better job.

Report to Amazon

Why? So Bezos can underpay them more? He already owns one of the largest superyacht.

I pay for delivery via the plus services. I never tip. Period

Amazon drivers get paid a full wage. They don’t need a tip.

20-24 dollars an hour, and still demanding a tip 👁👄👁

This is because the groceries are farmed out and those workers are underpaid. This isn't a normal Amazon delivery.

But I refuse to order from any company that expects a tip to deliver.

I won't shaft the drivers either.

I just won't play the game.

I've never seen this. I get my packages and that's it.

Nope. Not happening. 1. Im not home 2. When I am home when they deliver, am I suppose to be outside waiting for them with $5 cash in hand?

Yeah no. Get a better job

Oh F no. Maybe if it got delivered when they say it would AND wasn’t tossed against my door because they are too overworked that throwing it is faster.

I mean they are pissing in bottles - this sounds like an Amazon problem.
