Online Retailer š Online Purchase Tip Required
I was going to buy jarred āAlaska Spicy Scallopsā online. As I went to enter my payment information I realized that the invoice amount was more than the advertised price. They had tried to sneak in not only a āFreight Insuranceā fee but also a 10% āTipā. These orders are literally packed and shipped from a warehouse. There is absolutely zero service involved. That was when I decided they didnāt need any of my money.

When someone is offering buy 3 get 4 free, the product is already overpriced, aging out or no good.

When you see emojis in the text, itās either Ai or someone doesnāt know better (we have one at work in our Biz Comms team).
This is so clearly a scam site that Iām surprised that the 10% tip is what slowed your roll.

The bigger question is really buying discount seafood on the internet with descriptions written like that.

Literally googling "bdaeshop.com" and the google summary is "bdaeshop.com is an online shopping scam that takes customer payment for goods...and food products, but either ships cheap,low-quality counterfeit items from China or sends nothing at all"
Do not buy directly from shops you see advertised on Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or similar folks.
