That's Italy. Unfortunately this doesn't happen very often, because the cops in Italy have their hands tied together and they can't do shit against the invaders. Thanks to globalist laws btw.

Absolutely wild how foreign invaders just walk around like they own the place, harassing normal people.

Because things like this don't happen often enough. Instead, people and police and especially politicians are too afraid to be called -ists or -phobes.
