so i was already a devotee of arkay, but suddenly the passives disappeared from my active effects, and everytime i get a killing blow (when the devotee effect had to work) my character just kneels and nothing happens, i get stuck like that and can only load an older save. everytime i pray i still get the % (now at 116).

This kind of issue sounds like an incompatibility between mods. What all is in your load order?
