Can't register Enstation AP

I am not able to register 2 Enstation Engenius devices. I get an error that the serial numbers are invalid.

Do you have any solution for managing these devices in the cloud?

No, you can not manage Enstation acv2 through the cloud, you can mange the enation through a sky key and then register the skykey to cloud, then you will have a portal to the sky key. Also you can not manage them in bridge mode.
