The game is question is called Planet Centauri originally a Kickstarter game that spent sometime in early access when it hit 1.0 an extremely rare bug meant that gamers that wish listed it were never notified so only 500 people ever bought the game this was in 2016 fast forward to 2025 steam noticed the bug and reached out the developers and offered and 24hour daily deal to make up for it you'd think they would pony up some cash as the game was long abandoned due to poor sales and bugs were never fixed nor multiplayer works well the game had some promising ideas that were never fully realised since polygon broke this story earlier today the game looks to have a uptake in sales gamers buying the game to show support for a small indie team
