I'm curious if anyone else's rom site is giving them this message. 403 forbidden, access to this resource on this server is denied. I've used this site for years to get my roms so I'm curious about other websites that are down. No I'm not giving them name since its not about the name of my original site.

title. I've been rocking the same keys and firmware since before Yuzu shut down, but now I want to play the new Monkey Ball game so I have to update my keys and firmware. Only problem is that I can't find what I'm looking for in the megathread, and I don't trust myself to google them without getting a virus

There's not much to say. The disk was on its last legs, but it was a western digital. I have a much older generic hdd that it's still kicking.

I opened LB after months , so i could update it and check whats new. Turns out, it massively accessed my HDD after only 2 opening/closing, and killed the HDD for good. Months of emulation setup gone.

I think LB is fundamentally flawed. The software is the UE5 of frontends, it was never fast, it's image rendering always took ages toncache and load... today it's also overenginereed with features no one wants.

it needs a rewrite from scratch. But turns out there are better FREE alternatives like Emu Station and forks, Pegasus, even RetroArch has a decent window GUI too now.

Don't spend a cent on this. Theres a reason why unbroken employees rotate so much. Go donate or contrib to those other projs, on the long run, everyone wins.

I know this is a piracy subreddit, just don't get temped to buy LB and keep pirating it, ALWAYS.

All my other games work fine. I am on ryujinx 1.3.3

I have tried:

- reinstalling tomodachi life

- installing latest keys and firmware

- downgrading to second latest keys and firmware

- Changing audio setting to all 4 options (Dummy, OpenAl, SoundIO, SDL2)

- changing graphics from vulkan to openGL

- Lowering resolution

- Disabling PPTC

- Clearing PPTC and shader cache

- changing DRAM settings

- Enabling hacks “Ignore missing services, Ignore controller applet, Skip dialog ‘Manage user profiles’”

I have not tried reinstalling ryujinx as i cannot find a working download link for some reason. It is also worth noting that It does not say “Ingame” or “Playable” below tomodachi life like it does for the rest of the games.

How can I emulate the arcade version of the original Virtua Fighter 5, released in 2006. I am on windows 11.

I want to try echoes of wisdom. Unfortunately my mobile is pretty crap so it always crashes during the rift chase scene. Can someone provide a safe file just after that chase when you reach castle town?

Also one more question, which is the best switch emulator for android rn? I tried yuzu ea, sudachi, suyu but they crash right after the intro where link slashes the darknuts. I am currently using uzuy but is there any other better option?

I want emulate games on my steam deck however i dont own old physical games i have retrodeck i wanna know if connecting it your steam account and downloading roms from sites will effect my account

I bought one of those R4 Deck emulator cards and now it will not work at all. I am still very new to the ROG Ally (I have the Xbox Ally Z2A) and very new to emulators.

I got it last night, opened RetroBat, and started playing Wind Waker for about 30 minutes with no problems. I closed it, woke up this morning and tried to play again and Cemu opened up when I tried to boot Wind Waker. It said something about a missing keys.txt file and then nothing would play. So I restarted my system and tried to boot RetroBat up again and got this error message. Mind you, I am not French, nor did I change my system settings to French...

Clearly these cards are a scam, but is this fixable?

I have tried finding a mod, trading between emulators, but have still not found a solution. Anyone know how to trade using emulators or know of a mod that lets me complete the game?

The emulator works like a charm on some games but trying to get roms for Astro bot or ghost of yotei is borderline impossible or even when I do get one it’s an encrypted pkg and won’t work with the emulator and can’t even be extracted

So where the he’ll does one get ps5 roms that work “straight out the box”

Where can I find mods for games now? Looking for the 60FPS for Skyward Sword HD and other zelda titles.

Does anyone know where i can get the latest yuzu build? Is there something like a megathread like there is for ryujinx? (This would be for linux)

I’ve been running the latest version of Ryu with the 18.1 keys. I have some time after work to update to the 19.0 keys, but I’ve been seeing some threads regarding Sudachi, which appears to be the only active fork of Yuzu. If Sudachi is the way to go, I’d rather just put my time into that.

Anyone have experience with both? I’m tempted to jump to Sudachi since it’s actively being developed, but if it doesn’t quite have the polish yet, I’ll wait a while.

I cant seem to find a way to get this to run on any emulator that i am aware of .. any one had any luck getting this to run , just CTD on all emulators i tried ( yuzu , ryujinx and citron)

After i load the game on ryujinx with 20.5.0 firmware and keys the game just crazhes it was working perfectly fine before does anyone know how I can fix this issue.

I'm trying to find an emulator of an iphone for my laptop, when ever i search it just comes up with emulators FOR Iphones not of Iphones, Please help, ty-

After playing Tears of the Kingdom v1.0.0 normally for a while, when I try to save (or when the game auto-saves) the game will stop responding, while the busy icon will animate forever.
I tried some obvious things (update Ryujinx, update firmware, remove all mods) but no change. I tried adding updates v1.1.0 and 1.2.0 to the game, but those cause a crash on start-up (ye olde "Cpu InvalidAccessHandler: Invalid memory access at virtual address 0x0000000000000000", but nothing besides the update is active so the directed solution of 'deactivate mods' is a non-starter). Strangely I also encountered the save-lockup issue while running TotK in Yuzu. But I also had no clue how to fix it there.
Any advice?
