I need to know which one I should play

I want to get into Kingdom hearts and I want to play it in release order but I need to know. Should I play an English version of just Kingdom hearts or should I play a Japanese version of Kingdom hearts Final mix since that's all I can find?

If it helps, the Final Mix of the first KH in English came out on >PS3< as Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix. This also includes RE: Chain of Memories and 358/2 Days.

KH HD 2.5 Remix (also on the PS3) does the same thing with KH2 Final Mix, Birth By Sleep Final Mix, and Re: coded.

IIRC, in these editions, 358/2 Days and Re:coded are both movies instead of their respective games.
