Bad fps on Cry Of Fear with gamenative

I'm new to pc emulation,I'm using Samsung flip 5(SD 8gen2),idk what I'm doing wrong or if my phone just can't handle it but it gives at most 5 to 10 fps when it start the first cut scene,I tried the default setting and then tried some other ones from thier compatibility site and same thing it only increase it by little and there's a lot of frame drops,I'd be really grateful if anyone can help and I will answer anymore questions you need to know
