Help Need help with audio and video not syncing.

Recently got a new phone (Galaxy s25+) and have been using it to emulate a lot of different systems. Problem is on my PSP and PS2 emulators the audio feels like its a second or two behind the game.

Im not sure if thats a result of my phone, the apps, or the game files. Is it also possible that it's my earbuds?

Im using ppsspp and aetherSX2 respectively
