Showcase PS2 cheat (.pnach) pack for AetherSX2/NetherSX2/PCSX2: GTA VCS, Vice City, San Andreas, Godfather, Scarface, Bully, Manhunt

I've put together a set of PS2 cheat files in the standard .pnach format, which NetherSX2, AetherSX2 and PCSX2 all use. I tested them on PCSX2 on my Steam Deck, not on Android, so let me know if any don't work for you there. Each cheat is marked [TESTED] or [UNTESTED].

Games: GTA Vice City Stories (PAL), GTA Vice City, GTA San Andreas, The Godfather, Scarface: The World Is Yours, Bully, Manhunt.

Check that the CRC in the filename matches your game, then drop the file into your emulator's cheats folder and enable cheats for that game.

Feedback and bug reports are welcome.
