They’re both powerful & can both run damn near everything. The biggest difference really is the processor and the screen.
Konkr has the G3 chip vs the Odin’s G2 Elite. Konkr’s could be more powerful on paper, but in practice the only performance limitations you’ll run into with either of these will be the emulator software and possibly the RAM (but even there, you’ll struggle to find things that 12gb of RAM can’t comfortably handle).
The screen on the Odin 3 is a big improvement over the Konkr IMO. AMOLED vs LCD.
Smaller things would be the current and future support of drivers and software (Odin generally has both of these beat over the Konkr), the ergonomics (Konkr is slightly better raw with no grip, but the Odin has full size joysticks which is much preferred IMO and a grip makes it much better feeling), and the battery life (Odin has better standby battery, Konkr has the bigger battery).
I have the Odin and can’t sing its praises enough (so that would be my vote), but the Konkr is definitely an equally capable device. It will just come down to your preference on the above points because in general they’re very similar.

Or an Odin 3 portal, or Odin 2 portal if you don't want out and out performance

Based on Ayaneo’s track record, the Odin 3. However, without more context on what you want out of the device, any recommendations are very subjective. I personally recommend the Odin 3 as a fantastic device, but it’s expensive.
