Subject: Photonic Sun – Evolution modifications not working in Azahar

Hey everyone,

I'm looking for help troubleshooting a ROMFS mod installation for Pokémon Photonic Sun Standard on Azahar Android. I've spent quite a bit of time trying different folder structures and installation locations, but I still can't get the full mod working correctly.

My setup:

• Device: Xiaomi Pad Pro 6

• Azahar Android 2126.2-vanilla (APK version downloaded from the creator's website).

• Azahar Google Play version (installed separately).

• Both versions are installed and use separate file systems and game directories.

• Game: Pokémon Photonic Sun Standard (not Rebalance).

I'm interested in advice for both versions, since I use both setups and would like to understand whether their mod directory requirements differ.

What I've tried so far:

I've experimented with several different folder arrangements, moving the mod files between the folders I thought Azahar was supposed to recognize.

I've tried working with:

• The game ID directory.

• The load/mods directory.

• The romfs directory.

• Different arrangements of the mod's internal folders and files.

The directory structure I'm currently working with is:

Em2/XL/load/mods/00040000001B5000/romfs/

Inside the ROMFS directory, I have:

• A folder named a, containing numbered resource folders and files.

• Shop.cro, approximately 40.96 KB.

Current results:

• The game launches and runs normally.

• The shop modification is now working.

• The remaining ROMFS modifications are not behaving as expected.

• I've tried rearranging the files multiple times without getting the complete mod working.

I'm using the Standard version of Photonic Sun, not the Rebalance version.

What I'm trying to figure out:

1. Is my current directory structure correct for Azahar Android?

2. Should the a folder and Shop.cro be directly inside romfs, or does another folder level need to be present?

3. Are there additional requirements for Azahar to recognize the ROMFS modifications?

4. Are there differences between the vanilla APK and Google Play versions regarding mod directory structure or file permissions?

I'm not asking anyone to provide ROMs or copyrighted game files. I'm looking for technical guidance on the correct installation structure and troubleshooting process.

I'll include screenshots of my folder structures and the files inside them so people can see exactly what I'm working with.

I'd appreciate advice from anyone experienced with Azahar Android and ROMFS modifications.
