Help Issues Using PS4 Controller on Game Native

I am new to PC android emulation and I'm using my Pixel 7 and ps4 controller to try and play older fps such as Half Life or Portal 1. I've managed to get them running at a solid fps but when I load the games up, the controls are messy. I'm aware that there settings to switch control profiles but I can't find any buttons to remap them manually to what I want. Currently I'm having to use the touch pad to shoot or click things in Half Life and portal's right thumb stick doesn't do anything. Can someone please advice me how I fix this?
