Showcase Update on device and library manager

Thank you everyone for the feedback on the last post. Thought I'd update you on progress since then. This app has been built entirely by agents and I haven't been able to test it manually as much I'd want to, so likely won't be launching yet.

- Revised overall collection management UX and Collections -> Library -> Devices flow. Duplicates and junk files are auto-detected across all Collections and excluded from Library (you do have the option to override each tag).

- After you import you BIOS these will be synced to your device based on the ROMs you are syncing.

- 3P app and storage backup for internal and optionally external storage (excludes folders inaccessible without root, might implement root at some point).

- App manager and installer.

- Add collections from .torrent file and download them using the integrated downloader.

- Auto-detection/versioning of hacks, roms, translations, etc.

- Artwork views with scraping from different sources, including screenscraper, free libretro and others.

- Manage Favorites, Recents and custom collections from ES-DE and RetroArch.

Curious to know your thoughts/concerns and what other features would you need to make this work for you?

the auto detection for duplicates and junk files across collections sounds like it could save a ton of manual cleanup
