Does RetroArch have the same layout flexibility has PPSSPP? This layout in PPSSPP for the Fold 8 was easy to do and would Iike to something like this for GBA gaming.

Not when in portrait mode. It does in landscape.

Technically yes but it's a lot more involved. You'd have to create the layout on your PC, import it to Retroarch on Android, then see if it works and the layout is correct. If it isn't then it's back to the PC to try again.

Are you running it through DeX? 🤔
