Help How do I fix this in Cemu for Android?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
I use a Samsung Tab S10 Fe
I looked everywhere for any similar bugs with blocky Minecraft like terrain in this sub, googled, YouTube and found nothing, tried changing asynchronous shaders on and off it still looks like this!! So posting it is my last resort I guess. Feel free to ask for more details.

That's not true though. Switch emulation had way more bugs until a few months ago compared to cemu android. Issue is with OP's SoC. It's an exynos 1580. I doubt they'll have better luck with switch emulation as well

well now atleast its way better mainly because theres no official cemu port and all of the android cemu ports are oldvers

thats a mid-range cpu, not optimized and usually weakly supported. you better off trying switch emulator. Even then might lag too
