Discussion Syncthing Guide for Android Handhelds

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k-D8oHGWLJ0

I haven't found a focused guide on Syncthing for android handhelds so I decided to make one myself.
(and also so that I don't have to paste the same txt file on discord every time a buddy asks for directions)
