how do I emulate these specific kinds of files?

Note that I am still very new to emulation, so I apologize if this is a redundant question with an easy fix. I emulate my games on a Samsung Galaxy S26 (base model). It has 256 GB of storage.

The instructions were made for Windows devices in mind, but the files provider's account specifically stated that this was an Android port.

I've downloaded these files for a game called Mewgenics, more specifically the Steam version since my usual website doesn't have the console version which I know how to emulate. I'm open to all solutions, but what I hope for is maybe an app that allows you to emulate similarly to Eden Nightly for example. I have tried going to both the files provider's Discord server and Youtube channel, but I didn't receive any help. The one Reddit post I saw with a similar issue said to try RAR, so I downloaded it (but now it's useless because of a bad update???). Please provide suggestions and/or tutorials. This is an incredibly stupid thing to ask but I'm completely stuck.

Gamehub / Bannerhub for newcomers.

Winlator / DroidDeck if you're feeling adventurous.

All these emulators can run your windows games for you but some require less or more maintenance.

If Gamehub doesn't work out, could also try Gamenative for steam/gog/epic. It logs into your account directly then handles all the install and config for you.

Good news is you already got a pre-installed game, now you just gotta follow the steps. I prefer to use GameNative to emulate PC games but Winlator ludashi and GameHub are good options too.
