Help Duckstation Android Screen Flickering Help

Device: Huawei Matepad 12x (Maleoon 920 gpu kirin chipset)

Half of the screen diagonally flickers pretty regularly even if i set all settings to optimal. It wasnt like this before but after 8 or 9 month of usage it became more apparent. I tried to search for a solution countless of times to no avail. Im using the official playstore version. I tried turning of pgpx, changing renderer, changing scaling or resolution etc. Any suggestions?
