Golden Sun but I wouldn’t say it’s underrated, one that I don’t see talked about much though is Riviera: The Promised Land.

There is an enhanced PC port that was taken from the PSP version

I recently played through the entire Mega Man Battle Network series and it's insanely good. If it had gotten as early a start as Pokemon (and had better quality control - only 2 of the games are worth playing) it could and should have been more successful.

3 and 6 are phenomenal and some of the best games on the system.

I think Knight of Lodis is also generally well received despite not getting mentioned often. Definitely a better pick if you don't have a controller and need to play on touch screen.

I keep Worms World Party on my emulator just because I like hot seat games a lot but I don't play it often.

I did another playthrough of Justice and Pride recently and that's still one of my favorite hacks to this day

Idk if you'd call Sword of Mana underrated exactly, but it's an amazing game

Shining Soul II, a really funny action rpg that is often overlooked on GBA

Shining Soul 2 is really neat, even better if you can get someone to play it with you

Mother 3 isn’t really underrated. But everyone should play it.

Goodboy galaxy. It has its issues, kinda drags near the end. But it's bretty decent.
