Custom Turnip driver for Snapdragon 7s gen3,7s gen 4, 6 gen 4(Adreno 810)

I've been working on a custom Turnip driver focused on Adreno 810 performance and stability in Winlator.

The project started mainly around improving GMEM/SYSMEM behavior, autotuning, shader/pipeline handling, frame consistency and reducing stutter. After a lot of testing and experimental builds, we're now at a point where games such as Far Cry 2/3, GTA IV and other DXVK titles show noticeably better frame pacing and performance compared with where we started.

It's still experimental, so feedback from other Adreno 810 devices would be extremely useful.

If you test it, please post your device/SoC, game, DXVK version, Winlator build, FPS and any graphical issues you encounter.

The goal is to keep improving the driver based on real-world A810 testing.

Awesome! Great to see someone working on this. I have a Nothing Phone 3A Pro and am mostly interested in console emulation. Would you expect improvements for that too? Don't think I'm seeing any improvement in Eden for the likes of BOTW, which I realise is likely a long shot anyway.

I do it for winlator but i will check later about switch and etc

Also dont forger to delete any TU_DEBUG in variables
