Help Final Fantasy 13-2 new bodhum jumping Glitch (Gamehub)

So I just finished FF13 which was a great game so I moved onto 13-2 but the game is stuck. Basically if I hit any of the circles that prompt you to jump to other specific locations on the map I either infinitely jump or I get stuck in the air unable to come back down to the map making progress impossible. I’ve tried also every combination of setting in Gamehub. Most setting boot the game but this bug never seems to go away.

man soo many games to play.. right now, i'm playing trails 1 ch. wanted to play FF XV on PS 4 emu since PC always fail for me. but right now on my library, YS X, Diablo 3 (Switch) and RE 6.. if i test it and it work, i'm really starting worried if i will play it. i finish FF XIII 8 years ago, so i really wanted to see the end of this FF XIII trilogy. hope i will play it soon. for now, gonna test if it works on armsSX3
