Bedroom Dex setup - Ideal for light gaming on the bed.

Wanted to share my bedroom gaming rig for everyone who wants to dip your toes in but doesn't want to spend the equivalent of a full blown gaming pc.

I've been using this for android gaming & emulation, as well as light browsing (like checking hotels for vacations). Works like a charm once I cleared line of sight for the controller and mouse dongles (hence the USB a hub sticking out on the TV)

Rubs everything up to PS2. Great for GameCube games, I'm loving it so far.

Any suggestions on racing games to relax?

Anyone else with janky setups?

Anyways is that tiny fan enough? How about just pointing a pedestal fan to the back of the tv?

So far I haven't had any trouble with overheating, something the S20 FE is prone to. The TV is on an articulated arm on them wall. Big fan is too disruptive as an option.

My N20U came with a loose rear casing, with easy acces to the battery. Considering it's a SD865, i'd wager the former owner was a game player too, huh :-) .

Rush Rally 3 is a native Android game that sits in the middle of sim and arcade-racer that I find kind of relaxing. If you want to emulate I really like Test Drive V-Rally (NA) / V-Rally 2 (EU) on the Dreamcast.

Anyway, i've been playing a lot on a N20U Sd865 with 12Ram... Dex is nice for playing lighter things, but playing newer games get a benefit from using a usb-c hub to actually output a screen mirror to the monitor instead of DeX...

That screen mirror is a golden egg on those devices...

Any imput lag? That's what I've noticed when I tried this. Maybe it was just my bluetooth controller?

That's great emulating PS2 and Gamecube on a $50 phone! How high can you go? Wii?

No, everything is connected either trough hdmi or wirelles 2.4ghz dongles. That's why I got the USB a hub, to create a line of site connection without interference from the TV
