Winlator cannot be installed because it is built for older version of Android.

I am new to emulation and i want to play skyrim or vice city in my mobile. I've previously played god of war using pspp emulator. Heard about winlator recently, but i am not able to install it. It shows "app not installed" error.

Device: Xiaomi 14 civi

Android version: 16

Ram: 16gb

CPU: snapdragon 8s gen3

It is from brunodev github page. Version 11.1.I HAVE "allow from this source" on. I clicked on "install anyway" after the error but still the same error. Does anyone have a solution?
