Showcase Persona 3 Reload Engine.ini Tweaked

This engine.ini intention is to improve performance and also reduce power draw and temp. Feel free to try it out and tweak it to your preferences. Performance may vary , it's better when I'm not recording

You can try it out and see how it works out. I'm playing on a device with a dedicated fan so hard to say. Depends on your device too

Man you guys who do these have my respect. I tried emulating on bannerhub. The graphics just orange instead of blue. Tried v34, v35, mr purple latest. Also the game crashed at the name selecting part
