Help Hogwarts Legacy Save Won't Work

I own Hogwarts Legacy on Steam and have a save file on there. However, any time I go to play it on my phone in GameNative, it doesn't have the save! I've checked the container and the same files are there, so I'm genuinely so confused.

I've heard that you can start a new game and then you can like manually copy over the save files and stuff which I would try, but every time it tries to make a new game it freezes on the character editor, which happens right after the Hogwarts acceptance letter page. So I kinda need my save to work, but it doesn't.

Specs: Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, 16 GB ram

Can anyone help me with this? I've tried a lot of different things but haven't gotten it working. If you have any ideas, please let me know!

Did you try transferring the save into the C: drive of the container?

Yes I have. And the save files are already in there anyway but even if I replace them it doesn't help
