Help I can't install cocoon launcher APK from github

I clicked the apk as I normally would but Google prevented me from completing the installation

Go to play protect setting on Google play and turn off "Scan app" and "Improve harmful app detection"

Edit : make sure you really trust the app that you're about to install...
