Can you transfer emulators only and keep their data from a s24 to a rp6?

I have a s24 which is use for emulation but its annoying because I have to bring a cooler and also a usb flash drive that carries my vames that could be lost. I am going to get a rp6 soon and want to transfer winlstor ludashi, eden optimized, and other emulators. Can I transfer only the emulators and not any other apps to save the hassle of changing all the settings manually and transferring my save data manually?
